Chico Barata - Chico has over 30 years of coaching experience at the youth, club and high school levels. Chico is currently a member of the NSCAA and holds a USSF and CIAC license. He has trained players that have gone on to be high school and collegiate All New England, All American and professional players in both the United States and abroad. Chico has trained at many different levels including: Several tournament championships at the Premier level, State championships at the competitive level and 3 State Championships at the High School level. He is a wonderful soccer coach and has many years experience in coaching the game at top levels. Chico currently serves as the head coach for the boys program at Immaculate High School.

All Head Coaches are paid as contractors for their coaching services by AC CALDO according to the following schedule.
All Coaches are required to complete a W9 Form.All coaching fees paid to contracted coaches will be reported via the IRS 1099 Form.
U9-10 Program: Fall:$2,000; Winter:$1,500; Spring:$2,000
U11-12 programs: Fall:$2,500, Winter: $1,500, Spring:$2,500
U13-U14 Programs: Fall:$3,500, Winter:$1,500, Spring:$3,500
U15 - U18 Programs: Winter:$1,500; Spring: $3,500
U19 program: Spring:$2,500
Assistant coaches are compensated on a case by case basis. In the event a team is assigned an assistant coach the Head Coaches fee will be reduced as agreed.
